About Me
I come to this work with a deep respect for the healing process and the vulnerability that my clients bring to the space. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is critical for change to occur. I bring warmth, curiosity, presence, and sometimes humor to our sessions. While I understand that embarking on the journey of therapy can be painful and challenging, I also know that it can be joyful and ultimately bring grounded levity and ease to your life.
I have over 10 years of experience in the field of mental health. I received my Masters in Social Work from UC Berkeley and completed a two year post graduate training fellowship in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Psychotherapy Institute in Berkeley, CA. I have specialized training in perinatal psychotherapy as well as Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
